The Full Pass is valid for all the activities programmed from Friday 22/04 to Sunday 24/04. This includes the Aperi dinner (standing dinner + 1 drink) on Saturday 23/04.
The 2 Days Pass is valid only for the activities programmed for Friday 22/04 and Saturday 23/04. This includes the Aperi dinner (standing dinner + 1 drink) on Saturday 23/04. Activities programmed for Sunday 24/04 are not included.
The Friday Night Ticket is valid exclusively for the party on Friday 22/04.
Esquenta party on Thursday 21/04 is not included in any of the passes, and has to be paid separately at the door.
All Passess and Tickets are not refundable.
It’s possible to transfer the ownership of any pass or ticket until one day before the beginning of the event, informing the name change by email to info@forroroma.it
In case of event cancellation due to COVID restrictions or any other force majeure, the tickets are not refundable.
The event will be run safely and in accordance with the anti-COVID regulations in force at the time of the event. The event organizers will keep informed all the participants of any changes in the local regulations. In case of COVID Pass (i.e. Green Pass) and/or test obligation to participate in the event, no ticket will be refunded for lack of the aforementioned pass and/or test.
The event may undergo last-minute variations in programming, hours, places, and artists.
By purchasing the ticket for the Roma Roots Marathon 2022, I accept the conditions listed above and authorize the use of photographs and videos taken during the event activities. Such images may be used as part of any advertising initiative or action promoted by the event organizers, waiving any rights or compensation.
