This is 100€ deposit for your room reservation. The the remaining room payment has to be paid on the arrival day
The room reservation does’t include the pass for the event activities.
The room deposit is not refundable but it’s possible to transfer the ownership of any room deposit until May 26th informing the name change by email to info@forroroma.it or doing the change directly on the resort reception.
In case of event cancellation due to COVID restrictions or any other force majeure, the room deposits can be used in any other period for the next year.
The room reservation includes:
Swimming pool
Breakfast and dinner (drinks not included except water)
Daily cleaning of the room
Umbrellas and sunbeds on the private stretch of beach
Tourist tax excluded
Reservation tax excluded from the final price
To have access to the event it is mandatory to stay at the resort, because is the only way to have access to the resort’s facilities.
It is a question of safety and insurance. The resort with all the facilities, as the swimming pool, are reserved for clients.
The pass will cover only costs for activities (lessons, DJ sets, Shows), while reserving a room in the resort allows you to have access to facilities (swimming pool, common areas, dance floor, beach beds and umbrellas, reserved room, breakfast and dinner all together), because stay all together is the mood of Italia Roots!!
The event will be run safely and in accordance with the anti-COVID regulations in force at the time of the event. The event organizers will keep informed all the participants of any changes in the local regulations.
