All Passess and Tickets are not refundable and you cannot transfer the ownership of any pass or ticket to anyone else.
In case of event cancellation due to COVID restrictions or any other force majeure, the tickets are not refundable.
The event will be run safely and in accordance with the anti-COVID regulations in force at the time of the event. The event organizers will keep informed all the participants of any changes in the local regulations.
By purchasing the ticket for the Roma roots weekend I accept the conditions listed above and authorize the use of photographs and videos taken during the event activities. Such images may be used as part of any advertising initiative or action promoted by the event organizers, waiving any rights or compensation.
